FAQs

GIFT VOUCHER T&Cs

How long is my voucher valid for?

Gift vouchers are valid for up to 12 months from the date of purchase. Your expiry date will be noted on your gift voucher.

Should COVID-19 restrictions prevent us from photographing the session within the expiry date, the gift voucher expiry date will be extended accordingly to match length restrictions were in place, if applicable. You must reach out to Kelsie Scully Photography to confirm any date extensions to your voucher.

What happens if I don't use my voucher or want to exchange for something else?

Vouchers cannot be used alongside any other offer or redeemed for cash.

What travel, if any is included?

Sessions include up to 15 miles of travel from BN41.  Anything beyond is 75p per mile.

What if I want more than what is included in my voucher?

If your voucher includes a print, you can upgrade the size to a larger print for an additional fee.

Pricing information for collections, individual prints or digital files is provided upon enquiry and valid for 14 days. Within that time, you must book your session date, pay for any add-ons and sign contract to guarantee pricing.

How many family members can I have in the shoot?

Note that there are limitations for the type of session if specified on your voucher instead of a specified amount of money. Additional people can be added for a fee.

– Family sessions are limited to your core family unit, which would consist of two parents and up to 3 of their children.

– Generation family sessions are limited to two grandparents, up to 4 of their children and up to 8 grandchildren – unless otherwise specified.

– As extended generation family sessions are so unique and diverse, number of family members permitted are specified on your voucher.

How and when should I book?

To ensure availability, booking 3 months prior to desired session date is advised to avoid disappointment or being able to use voucher prior to expiration.

Your session must take place during a weekday or be a morning session on weekend from 9-11 AM. If booking is short notice, it is possible to do an afternoon or evening session on a weekend, but will be at photographer discretion and availability.

For an additional £100 and pending photographer availability, you can secure an afternoon or evening time on weekend.

What if there is bad weather or I need to cancel?

Because weather in the UK is constantly changing, decisions to cancel sessions are made by Kelsie Scully Photography. These decisions are usually made on the day of the session. A new date must be confirmed within 48 hours and will need to take place within two weeks of original session date. If photographer is fully booked those two weeks, additional length of time to book will be granted.

If client cancels session within three weeks of date, a £50 rebooking fee is required. Cases of covid and hospitalisations are an exception.
