RECOMMENDED WEDDING SUPPLIERS IN SUSSEX
The little black book.
Wedding suppliers I’d happily put in front of my couples.
Choosing a wedding team from Google can feel like trying to hire twelve strangers for the same very important group project. This is where I’d start instead.
Some of these people I’ve worked alongside, some I’ve watched quietly make a wedding run beautifully, and some are businesses I’ve kept recommending because they consistently make sense for my couples.
No paid placements. No affiliate links.
Just people and businesses I rate.

A good supplier makes the day feel easier.
The best people don’t create more admin for you. They solve things, communicate with each other, keep an eye on the details and leave you with more room to actually be at your wedding. Use this like a directory, not homework. Dip in when you need something.

The people who hold the day together.
If there’s room in the budget for a planner or coordinator, this is one of the places I’d spend it. A brilliant one doesn’t make your wedding more complicated. They make it feel considerably less so.
Emma Reeve Weddings & Events

01
WEDDING PLANNERS · HIRE · TRANSPORT
Make it run.
The unglamorous magic: people who know where the tables are going, when the generator needs to arrive and how everyone is getting home. Great logistics buy you freedom.
02
FLORISTS · STATIONERY · CAKES
Make it beautiful.
Flowers, paper, cake and all the details that make a space feel unmistakably yours. You do not need every trend. You need the things you actually love.
The best suppliers make themselves almost invisible.
The flowers arrive. The schedule works. Everyone gets fed. The music starts. Your mum knows where she needs to be. Nobody asks you where the extension lead is.
You just get to have a wedding.
03
HAIR + MAKEUP · DRESSES · SUITS · RINGS
Make everyone feel good.
The people and pieces closest to you on the day matter. Comfort counts. So does feeling like yourself when you look in the mirror.
04
VIDEOGRAPHERS + CONTENT CREATORS
Capture it moving.
Photography gives you the still frames. If you want movement, sound, vows, speeches or the gloriously chaotic behind-the-scenes bits on your phone the next morning, these are the people I’d look at.
Rings & Reels
Vix. I’ve just worked with her and she was an easy yes for this list — candid, behind-the-scenes content designed to land quickly without getting in the way of the photography.
Han Picked Memories
Hannah. We worked together on the Buxted Park styled shoot created for Cricut Weddings / Tidewater & Tulle. She specialises in the raw, candid pieces you want to relive the next day.
05
CELEBRANTS + CEREMONIES
Make it official.
The ceremony is not the admin before the party. It can be one of the best parts of the whole day when it actually sounds like you.
Roxy Celebrates Love
Joyful, personal, non-religious ceremonies with the couple right at the centre of them.
06
CATERERS + FOOD
Feed everyone.
Food has an enormous effect on the rhythm of a wedding. Good teams feed a room brilliantly without making the entire evening feel like a military operation.
07
BANDS · DJS · LIVE MUSIC
Make it a party.
Your dance floor has its own weird little ecosystem. The right entertainment reads the room, builds the energy and knows when not to interrupt it.

CAN’T FIND WHAT YOU NEED?
Ask me. Seriously.
This list isn’t exhaustive and I’m constantly meeting brilliant people at weddings. If you need a harpist, a magician, someone who can build a bar in the middle of a field, or your first choice is already booked, send me a message.
There’s a decent chance I know someone.
