As a marriage proposal photographer, I am an expert at helping make proposals epic and enhancing the moment. Even for the most camera shy!
Because when James pointed me out to his future bride, she actually hid from me! With James shouting to me, ‘I probably should have mentioned she’s really shy’!
We had a good laugh and then I did everything in my power to win Sakiyo over. And based off the fact she wanted a selfie with me at the end of our time together and gave me high praise, I think I was successful. The tip James sent me after also leads me to believe they were over the moon with everything 😉
Overcoming shyness is my speciality – even in pretty extreme circumstances. Because having your engagement photography with me isn’t about the camera or posing, it’s about being together. The camera just happens to be there as well as this lady who is a pretty great third wheel.
As a marriage proposal photographer, I focus on creating an experience. I ask my clients all about their partner and get a pretty good idea of who they are as a couple. I then draw on all those things to create moments and memories.
Marriage Proposal Photographer at Belle Tout Lighthouse
Beachy Head is one of the best locations to propose at sunset. You basically get the whole place to yourselves. I don’t know why, but apparently the locals and tourists aren’t fans of romantic sunset walks. Once you get passed Beachy Head Lighthouse (which is the red and white striped one below the cliffs), you’ll come across a handful of people. If even that!
And I don’t know what it is about this place, but the sunsets are always epic Even when I’m convinced the cloud cover is too grey and think, I’m delightfully surprised to find the sun finds a way to peak out of the clouds.
