Editing & PREVIEWS

Each photograph is individually edited.

Blemishes are edited on a case by case basis and at the sole discretion of myself. Clients who grant image release also benefit from enhanced editing and composites at my discretion as a thank you. For those wanting an NDA, this same service can be added on for £1200.

Clients who request an NDA do not need to pay anything additional and the above service is optional. If NDA clients would like sneak previews and the large highlight slideslow, this is an additional £450 and can be requested in lieu of engagement session.

Edited files will be delivered to the Client in jpeg format. Client can also purchase the un-curated digital negatives of ALL photographs in B&W for £2000 (this must be added on a minimum 1 month before wedding date). Additional editing changes, requests or revisions from these negatives can be purchased at £100 per hr.

Image Rights

High resolution, digitals can be used in any way that you see fit. Print as much as want, as large as you want from wherever you want without a watermark. There is no limit to how many photographs I deliver and varies on the pace and intensity of your day. 

Payment & Date Reservation

To reserve the date, a non-refundable reservation fee of £800.00 is due at contract signing. 25% of the remaining balance is then do 6 months prior and the the remaining balance is due 2 months prior to the date.

Image Delivery

A preview is typically available within 1-3 days via social media with a larger preview within 2-4 weeks. You should expect your photographs to be presented online 8–10 weeks after the event, but every effort is made to deliver on your 1 month anniversary.

Albums, prints, and additional orders may take up to 15 weeks due to design, print, publication, and shipping time at various times of year.

Clients who grant image use also receive a a highlight slideshow.

Travel

If the wedding location is more than 2 hours, a rate of £150 per day may be added for the night before and/or night of the event depending on start and finish times.

If the location of the engagement or celebratory event is more than 30 miles outside the BN41, a travel expense fee of 75p per mile may be added. Get in touch to discuss.
