A Hotel Buxted wedding is well and worth the all-inclusive package. I’ve had a few couples book the entire venue and hotel rooms at Buxted Park Hotel, and it’s always made the day extra special.
And on really hot days like this wedding day, it gives guests – and even the groom the chance to change! While you won’t be able to tell, Sean had two identical suits from Gresham Blake. Perfect for an extra hot day! I normally recommend brides have a spare outfit for later in the evening, but after seeing how much better Sean felt after a quick shower, I’d whole heartedly recommend grooms have a spare too! Even if it’s just a new dress shirt, a quick change after sweating like crazy feels good!
Louise and Sean’s wedding day in Uckfield
Louise and Sean were one of my many couples who were forced to postpone and postpone again. This bride had one requirement for their day: Ceilidh. She loves traditional Scottish dancing and it was her one requirement for their wedding day. So when they couldn’t dance the night away in 2020 or 2021, they set a new date for 2023.
And it was well and truly worth the wait! All the guests loved getting in on the dancing. It was also so lovely for them to have all their family together. Louise grew up in Scotland and it was so important for her that everyone could be there on her wedding day.
Hotel Buxted Wedding in July
Buxted Park Hotel is the best hotel in Buxted. There are pet-friendly rooms, gorgeous suites, and loads of basic rooms. The food is always good and the grounds gorgeous. If you’re looking for a venue to recommend for friends to stay the night, look no further than your own (wedding day) doorstep!
A Hotel Buxted wedding is surrounded by beautiful woodland and gardens, and the wedding venue provides several options to customise each wedding. With four ceremony locations and three locations for the wedding breakfast, couples can wed an entertain inside or out.
My favourite ceremony locations at Busted Park Hotel are the orangery and The Coat of Arms Lawns. The latter is the outside ceremony space Louise and Sean chose for their wedding day.
