B.LOVED has featured these Greentrees Estate wedding photos, which had a real kick!
Hire Societies planned and styled the perfect wedding, and treated Greg and Wes to a brilliant taster of what their future wedding will be like. Their ceremony included a clever alternative to the unity sand ceremony, where instead of sand, the couple combined cocktail ingredients.
Wes and Greg’s wedding plans, like many, are on hold. But Greg and Wes did get to celebrate their love in 2020 by partaking in a styled shoot. The wedding photography shoot took place at Greentrees Estate, a brand new wedding venue in Haywards Heath.
As a West Sussex wedding photographer, it was a huge honour to be one of the first official Greentrees Estate wedding photographers. And I can’t wait to return when the venue officially opens in 2021.

A great team of Sussex wedding suppliers put our talents together to create an elegant countryside wedding. As the Grand Oak Hall is still to be completed, we set up an outdoor ceremony and reception wedding breakfast. If you book a celebrant-led ceremony with Perfect Words Ceremonies, you too could get married outside (you just have to do a no-frills legal bit a few days before).
You can see the Greentrees Estate wedding photos that featured on B.LOVED here.
And if you want the details on the marriage mixology ceremony, here’s how Nicki led the couple through it:
“Greg and Wes have chosen to include a cocktail unity ceremony today. The blending of the ingredients represents their union, not only of them but also you, their families and friends. Being the amazing team they are, they will now work together to build a classic Mojito, a drink that has stood the tests of time, as will Greg and Wes’s love for each other in the years to come.”
“So Greg and Wes, your Mojito represents the support from your friends and family, the strength you have together to overcome life’s rough moments and the joy and happiness you will find in the smooth, sweet moments in your lives and also the sparkle of excitement you have between you which will ensure your marriage will be full of fun and joy.”

West Sussex wedding photographer at Greentrees Estate
Greentrees Estate overlooks the rolling Sussex countryside and is an idyllic setting for an elegant countryside wedding in West Sussex.
I really enjoyed exploring the Grand Oak Hall, pond and walled garden. It is going to be such a stunning wedding venue.
I especially love that the whole day can be celebrated at Greentrees Estate, from start to finish. The wedding venue has rooms for the groom and bride to get ready, a sophisticated space for ceremonies and receptions, as well as onsite accommodation for overnight stays.
Till next time,
Kelsie
