This Chichester Harbour Hotel wedding photography is easily the definition of timeless. With this being their second marriage, C+S knew they wanted something intimate, heartfelt, and meaningful. And, they certainly achieved that with their beautiful day in the heart of Chichester. As a wedding photographer, I couldn’t have asked for a better setting for a rainy day. And definitely couldn't have asked for a sweeter couple.
This wedding was for half day photography coverage. And as such, this amount of coverage was perfect for their causal plans for the day.
Wedding Church Ceremony in Chichester
Caroline’s local church holds a special place in her heart. And so it was here where she and Simon chose to exchange their vows. Caroline is heavily involved with her church, so marrying here made perfect sense for the couple.
Chichester Cathedral Wedding Photography
After their touching ceremony, Caroline and Simon made their way to Chichester Cathedral for some gorgeous wedding photos. This iconic venue, with its stunning architecture and rich history, made for the perfect backdrop to capture some stunning moments. The light filtering through the architecture added a magical touch to the photographs, making every photograph feel like a work of art.
What I loved most was how Caroline and Simon allowed the moment to be all about them. There was no rush, no pressure – just them enjoying being in the moment, with the beauty of the cathedral adding to the joy of the day.
Having wedding photographs taken at Chichester Cathedral was a huge priority for the couple, and I loved that they carved out time to take these images. Especially as it ended up being a rainy day - so we had a lovely sheltered spot for pictures.

Nestled in the heart of Chichester, the hotel was the perfect venue for an intimate and elegant reception. From the moment I arrived, I could tell that the couple’s decision to hold their reception here was one they made with careful thought – it was the perfect blend of stylish sophistication and warmth.
The relaxed, yet stunning setting of the hotel allowed everyone to feel at ease, which made for some truly heartfelt moments. As the evening unfolded, I loved capturing little interactions: Caroline and Simon sharing a private moment, their guests laughing and celebrating, and the delicate touches throughout the venue that made it all so personal. From the elegant décor to the delicious food, everything felt like it was designed with love and care.
