When your in an international BFF relationship, you literally try to find any excuse to be together and travel. So when my best friend told me she was going to Ireland with her grandparents — a country that is a) beautiful and b) literally right next to mine, I couldn’t grab my bank account details fast enough when she asked me if I wanted to join the adventure.
It was an interesting two days in Dublin, Ireland with erratic weather and beautiful senses. On the first day we hitched a ride with Paddy Wagon Tours to the Cliffs of Moher, and on our second day, we explored the city of Dublin.
The great thing about Paddy Wagon was that they stopped a lot — exactly what I needed to ease my motion sickness — er, I mean adventurous spirit!
On our second day in Dublin, we explored the city and went into the Guinness Brewery. My husband was completely devastated to learn that I barely touched my free pint and that I did not come back a convert to stout beer. I did, however, get a fancy certificate saying I’m a pint-pouring pro.
We finished off our time in Dublin at the Brazen Head, the oldest pub in Dublin! Eating here was such a great way to end the trip, and we actually ate at the pub twice because it was that good!
